We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, presenting products clearly, maintaining store appearance, processing sales transactions, and helping the business achieve daily and monthly sales goals. This role requires confidence, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidate must be reliable, respectful, organized, and willing to learn about our products and services. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional customer service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, prices, and promotions clearly
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Restock shelves and keep product displays attractive
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints professionally
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
